The following terms and conditions represent the agreement between us, so please read them attentively. Unless you agree to the RomanianDate.com terms and conditions, you are allowed to use the Service, otherwise you should not proceed to registration. By using the Service after FEBRUARY 20, 2007 you are agreeing to be bound by this Agreement, including all amendments made to date.
Once you have signed up for any service at Romaniandate.com, you have agreed to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Adult
By registering on Romaniandate.com you warrant and represent that you are an adult of at least 18 years of age.
The User Agreement
This Agreement between you and XDX.srl (Romanian registered company under which Romaniandate.com operates)) represents your consent to respect all the terms and conditions expressed hereby in order to become or remain an authorized user of this Service. As used in this Agreement, "we" and "us" means Romaniandate.com or any successor or assign of Romaniandate.com.
Your right to Use the Service
We may discontinue, suspend, remove or alter the Service at any time. This includes the availability of any Service feature, the content or our system's database. We also reserve the right to impose limits on some Service features or even restrict your access to the Service in part or as a whole, without notifying you or being held responsible for this. Therefore, by using the Service you agree that we have the right to limit, restrict and condition it, in our sole discretion.
The Code of Conduct
You agree to use the Service in accordance with the following Code of Conduct:
Membership Categories
From a "visitor" status, users of the Service may become "Standard Members", or "PREMIUM Members". Standard members have access to a minimal level of the Service's features. They are not charged by us for the use of the features they can access. PREMIUM Members have access to additional features of the Service. They are not charged by us for the features that are free to Standard Members. Certain additional features of the Service made available to PREMIUM Members are also free of charge. Other features of the Service are "paid features", for which a PREMIUM Member is charged. Additionally, standard members have the option of buying “credits” without buying a PREMIUM membership package. Buying credits allows them to purchase contact information or sending “pay / per unit” messages to other members while keeping their Standard membership status.
Fees and Payments
Romaniandate.com may from time-to-time test different payment models and fees.
To pay for Romaniandate.com's paid features registered users have two options: buy credits or buy a PREMIUM membership (as described above).
The minimum credits purchase is 20 credits at a cost of 5$ which means each credit costs 25 cents.
The maximum credits purchase is 520 at a cost of 130$
The cost of a PREMIUM membership is:
15$ - for one (1) month
40$ - for three (3) months
70$ - for six (6) months
130$ - for one (1) year
Presently we only accept PayPal as instant payment. For users who do NOT have a PayPal account we offer alternative methods of payment such as wire transfer, bank transfer, personal and certified cheques, Western Union and others. Upon checkout users are presented with an alternative method of payment option.
Use of Information and Privacy
You have also subscribed to our Privacy Statement by using the services we provide. According to this, you acknowledge that: 1.we cannot ensure the security or privacy of information you provide through the Internet and your email messages, therefore you release us from any and all liability regarding the use of such information by other parties; 2.we cannot be held responsible for, and cannot control, the use by others of any information which you post on the Service or provide to them. You should use caution in selecting the personal information you post or provide to others through the Service 3.we cannot be held responsible for the content of messages sent by other users of the Service, and you release us from any and all liability regarding the contents of any communications you may receive from other users. It is possible that we provide you, from time to time, information that is publicly available and that might suit your pre-selected search-criteria. We assume no responsibility regarding the accuracy of the information provided by other users of the Service, including information which we may provide directly to you but which has been posted or provided to us by other users of the Service. Termination of Access to Service
We reserve the right to suspend completely or temporarily your access to all or part of the Service at any time with or without notice, for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of this Agreement, fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity. You may also be referred to appropriate law enforcement agencies.
Information Monitoring
Romaniandate.com reserves the right to monitor the public postings, the flow of messages, the video and audio recordings which occur during the Service. This is done to ensure that they comply with the applicable content guidelines.
Information Removal
You are to remain solely responsible for the content of profiles, public postings, messages, video and audio recordings and other materials you may upload to the Service or users of the Service. Since we do not and cannot review every message or other material posted or sent by users of the Service, and are not responsible for any content of these messages or materials, we reserve the right, but are not obligated, to delete, move, or edit messages or materials which deem to violate the Code of Conduct set out above.
No Responsibility
We are not responsible for suspension of the Service regardless of the reason. We may discontinue or change the Service or its availability to you at any time and you may stop using the Service at any time.
Proprietory Information
We claim full copyright protection in the Service. All information posted by us, or users of the Service is protected whether or not it is identified as proprietary to us or to them. You are not allowed to modify, copy or distribute such information without having first received the express permission of the owner.

Security of your account
Your account on Romaniandate.com should not be used by anyone else. You are fully responsible for all usage or activity on the Service even by third party users using your password.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us from any loss or damages (including without limitation the legal fees) which we may suffer from your activities during the Service due to the breach by you of this Agreement or the Code of Conduct or any any charges or complaints made by other parties against you.
No Warranties
We can not offer any guarantee that the Service will function uninterrupted or error-free. We mention as well the fact that there may appear delays, omissions or interruptions in the availability of the Service. You hereby acknowledge that the Service is provided without any warranties of any kind whatsoever. You also acknowledge that use of the Service is at your own risk. We do not endorse the accuracy of any member profile (including those which we may present to you as a potential match), advice, opinion, statement or other information displayed, uploaded or distributed through the Service. Any reliance upon these is at your own risk.
Modifications
We oblige ourselves to post notifications on the Service or send them via e-mail, as we may determine in our sole discretion, regarding any changes that may appear in the content of this Agreement. This Agreement can be modified from time to time. If you do not agree to any modifications, you should terminate your use of the Service. By continuing to use the Service after the posting or notice of any changes in this Agreement, you will acknowledge that you accept the Agreement.
Other Communication and Disclosure
From time to time, we reserve the right to send electronic mail to you, informing you of changes or additions to the Service or any Romaniandate.com related products and services. We also reserve the right to disclose information about your usage of the Service in a form that does not reveal your personal identity in any way. You hereby consent to such disclosures and communications subject to the terms of the Privacy Statement.
Assignment
You cannot assign this Agreement or any of your rights to the Service to anyone. Romaniandate.com has the right to assign any or all of its rights and duties under this Agreement or to the Service to any third party. At our sole discretion, if Romaniandate.com's obligations are assumed by a third party, Romaniandate.com shall be relieved of any and all liability under this Agreement.
Governing Law
This Agreement is entered into in Romania. You agree that it will be governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising out of this Agreement will be subject to the courts of Romania. If any provision in this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
INFORMATION NOTE REGARDING THE PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
According to the requirements of Law no. 677/2001 for the protection of persons in respect to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of this data, modified and completed, and of Law no. 506/2004 regarding the processing of personal data and the protection of private life within the field of electronic communication, the Romaniandate.com team has the obligation to manage in conditions of safety, and only for the specified purposes, the personal data that you provide to us about you, about a member of you family or about another person. The purpose of data gathering is to provide the users with top-quality information and services, as well as with marketing services and advertising.
You must to provide us with the necessary data, so we can offer our services to you. Your refusal makes it impossible for us to offer you the required services. The registered information are destined to be used by the operator and are communicated only to the following: the public authorities, only if they should ask for it for an administrative or judiciary process.
According to Law no. 677/2001, you have the right to access, to modify the data, the right not to be subjected to an individual decision and the right to address a court of justice.
